Welcome to the Rigid Metal Buildings section of my web site. I will try to show you the Vast differences in the Manufacture and Erection of metal Buildings. All Metal Buildings are not created equal!   Rigid Uses their own Plants to Manufacture all components of their buildings. They engineer all parts of the building and then manufacture the part using state of the art manufacturing techniques. All Pieces are carefully made , labeled, bundled, punched and packaged to insure the best quality building on the market!    Almost anything you can imagine can be engineered into a Rigid Metal Building, Eves, overhangs, split pitch roofs, Huge clear span, Dozens of colors for roofing and sidewall, any framed opening you desire.    Rigid has a complete engineering staff to accommodate your needs.    Erection is smooth because of the tight manufacturing processes used by Rigid.    All parts fit like they are supposed to making the erection process go very smooth .

 

We have all the necessary equipment to erect Rigid Metal Buildings, Crane, Boom lifts, fork lifts and crew . Safety is the most important issue on any job site and we strive to be the safest erection crew in Colorado.

Building Types    

 

Beam & Column (BC)    

 

The beam-and-Column system is ideal in situations when a vast area of floor space is necessary. The flexibility of the Beam and Column design allows it to be utilized for any industrial or warehouse purpose.

 

Available Dimensions:

 

Bay Spacing's: 20 ft. - 30 ft

Modules: 40 ft., 50 ft. 60 ft., 75 ft.

Gabled or Single Sloped     

Straight Column (SC)    

 

Straight Column systems are utilized when a clear interior space up to seventy feet wide is needed. The column-free interior allows the total amount of floor space to be put to use. This design is often in small offices or other commercial applications.

 

Available Dimensions:

 

Bay Spacing's: 20 ft. - 30 ft.

Eave Heights: 10 ft. - 20 ft.  

Spans: 20 ft. - 70 ft.

Gabled or Single Sloped    

 

 

Rigid Frame (RF)    

 

The clear, unobstructed working space that the Rigid Frame system provides makes it ideal for many commercial and recreational applications. The wide, column-free environment permits the complete utilization of the interior floor space. Recreational rooms, aircraft hangers, and warehouse are often designed as rigid frame systems due to the interference or inconvenience of interior columns.

Gabled or Single Sloped

 

Lean-To (LT)    

 

Selecting a Lean-To system is a quick and economical way to expand to a building. More space can be added to the building without interrupting the internal operations. This easy method of expansion makes the Lean-To system ideal for additional storage and office buildings.
